uses the latest technology in the production of its components as well as delivering professional tools for designing and executing installations.

The production of the system's components takes place with the utilization of the latest technologies, reducing power consumption. The raw materials used don't contain any hazardous substances. Plastic PPSU connectors are fully recyclable and can be converted back into the production system.

We offer a software package facilitating in the designing of systems, which consists of:

  • KAN OZC - a program for calculating heat loss in rooms including determining seasonal needs for heat and indexes of seasonal needs for heat.
  • KAN c.o.-Graf - a program for calculating central and floor heating installations with graphic mode for data entering.
  • A program for choosing floor heating for floors with air gaps.

PRODUCTION
The production of components for the system requires applying a broad gamut of materials and mastering processing of non-ferrous metals, sheet and plastic materials.

Thanks to our manufacture potential and engineering cadre we combine theory with successful practice using such technologies as:

  • plastic working,
  • tooling,
  • electrolytic coating,
  • extrusion and injection molding of plastic,
  • connection methods by welding, soldering, polydiffusion cementing.

All components of the system are subject to 100% quality control realized by KAN.

INNOVATION

In 2001 the company in co-operation with AMOCO BP engineers, as the only one in Poland, introduced the technology of producing installation fittings made from fenylen polysulfon (PPSU) using the injection method.

PPSU is a polymer material, which thanks to it's price and excellent endurance is used in the production of components performing very responsible functions and which can carry extreme loads.

PPSU processing sets particularly high technical requirements. In the production of fittings made from this material we use modern Computer controlled injection machines, top of the line peripheral equipment and tools used in the production of injection moulds.Mastering the production technologies by has been confirmed by tests preformed at the KIWA Institute, who because of the novelty of the subject had to devise special test programs for PPSU fittings, allowing to determine it's endurance and workmanship.

Introduced by , PPSU processing technologies are characterized by following parameters:

  • Production of PPSU fittings consumes less power in comparison with brass fittings, this in turne is less hazardous for the natural environment and doesn't contributes to decreasing natural resources.
  • PPSU material is subject to full recycling,
  • The technologic production process of PPSU fittings guarantees 100% repeatability of the product and practically eliminates existing hidden defects. With this regard it is more reliable in relation to brass forging and machining. The inherent complexity of the forging and machining process introduces the influence of human error into production.
PPSU fittings of the system are characterized by the following functional and economic parameters:
  • Lower price in comparison with brass fittings resulting from production technology and a wider functionality of products and easiness of it's installation.
  • Higher Durability than PEX pipes in installations (connector is more resistant to pressure and temperature than pipe itself), due to the material and design of the fittings.
  • High aesthetics and smoothness of the surface.
  • High impact durability and mechanical load resistance.
  • Total lack of corrosion phenomenon
  • PPSU fittings design cuts down assembly time.
  • Plastic PPSU fittings are lighter than brass fittings, which facilitates transportation and storage.
